I am personally at BJ China now. I'm going to Toronto at about early of Dec 2014. I have kid with me, so I need isolated apartment without any sharing with other one. It could be small, but need be clean and safe. There could be unfurnished. But at least kitchen and bathroom could be usable directly.
I am the student of George Brown. So if not too far away from St. James campus, I can accept it if rent is good. If the apartment is comfortable for me and my family, I will consider at least lease 1 year. But will not sign at beginning until I live for a while.
