We’re looking for a Vancouver location. Burnaby might also be a possibility too.
The Minimum is a 2 bedroom space.
Shared accommodations would NOT be suitable for us.
Ideally a house on a busy street or near an industrial area where there is lots of traffic. A house in a quiet family oriented neighbourhood would not be suitable for us.
An apartment above a small retail store or above an industrial complex on a busy street would also be good for us.
We’re looking for long term. Our last location, we were there for 6 years. Rent paid on time every time.
We can pay rent with cash or email or check.
